Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My biggest inspirations are Elliott Smith and Radiohead. There’s something about the way that both of them combine complex chord progressions and layers with melodies that still have pop sensibility.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I’ve never done anything like that before so I’m sure it would completely change my path. It would expose more people to my music than I’ve ever had before and I believe it could really skyrocket my career.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use it to record the album of my dreams, build a recording studio, upgrade my instruments/live setup and try to save at least some of it for future musical endeavors.
