Pigeonpile

I have so much music to record. I just don’t have the money. I’ve won a competition before with my song Hide and Seek I wrote at 14. I’m 18.

Q&A

Who or what is your musical inspiration?

I have always tried to stay open to all kinds of music. I find a bit of inspiration from all kinds of music. I grew up listening to Sirius xm 80s on a 8 and the new wave channel. I then got really into 90s grunge and indie music which I think is my biggest influence. I really like Mazzy Star.

How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?

It would be a huge step for me and my career in music.

What would you do with $50,000?

I would use some of it to finally record a full album like I’ve always wanted to. I would also donate it to my old music school soundcheck rock academy.
