Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I'm inspired by the greats before me, the stories they tell, and my personal life as well. As a hip hop artist, there isn't much of a box for abstract expression, but I find a way to incorporate different styles of art into my flow and into my brand. My experience with new age spirituality is also a catalyst in who I am as an individual.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
If I were to perform at the Global Citizen, it would be my first major performance on a grand stage. This would literally be a dream come true for me and my community of supporters. I believe in the underdog, and you should to!
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, my life would never be the same. I always say, "I only need a little to do a lot." This would be enough to jump start my music career and more. I'm currently living in Los Angeles and that would help me get my own place and maybe even a car. I even know what organizations I want to donate to, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
