Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Well, for starters, to my knowledge, I grew up as probably the biggest Michael Jackson fan—so I’d say he is, or was, the root of my inspiration. At the same time, being that young and growing up seeing people admire that same pro level of music—writing, producing, and raw talent—it made me fall in love with R&B. How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be big, And not just for me but for my whole family, friends and the neighborhood that I grew up in. We’ve been through a lot and these past years and to them I’ve worked so hard to try and master my music taking all of the pain I’ve endured and mixing it with my passion helps me that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel
What would you do with $50,000?
The easy answer is to invest it in my music. I have a few ideas for some music videos, and $50,000 would definitely be the icing on the cake to help those ideas come to life.
