Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The pspsps project is inspired by the vibrant late night and after hours scene in Toronto, where the bass hits deep and the night stretches into forever. My inspiration is creating music for those packed and sweaty dance floors lit only by the occasional flash of a strobe light, with unforgettable hooks and grooves made for the underground.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Global Citizen Festival is a game-changer. It’s a chance to connect with a massive, diverse audience, elevate my platform, and use my sound to help inspire real world change and support an incredible cause. Amplifying my music on a global stage while standing for something bigger than myself has always been a dream. It would open doors to new audiences, collaborations, and momentum, all while aligning my art with impact. It's the kind of moment that defines a career.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d reinvest the $50,000 into my music career - funding new releases, massive collaborations, epic visuals, touring, and building a stronger live show to reach more fans worldwide. I’d also donate 10% to organizations supporting youth access to music education (I already contribute to such causes every year). And of course, I would buy a few new toys for the studio to level up my productions.
