Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I am inspired by timeless songwriters. Tom Petty, Paul Westerberg, Jeffrey Lee Pierce, along with Jagger/Richards, Lennon/McCartney, Ray Davies, and Tom Waits all come to mind. As a band, we utilize influence from all of the eras of rock, pop, and blues. I also draw influence from cinema and writing, with artists like David Lynch, Hunter S Thompson, Charles Dickens, and Charles Bukowski coming to mind.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would give our songs the opportunity to be showcased in front of folks who may never know that we exist.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use the money to build a home studio.
