Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Billie Holiday is my favorite singer. Her emotive, plaintive, and expressive style is unmatched, and I can recall her music resonating with me when I was a small child and would hear my grandfather playing her records.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be an amazing opportunity to showcase my talents and musical sensibilities. In short, it would honestly be life-changing. I would only be so lucky to be given such a prestigious opportunity.
What would you do with $50,000?
To be honest, I am essentially a poor, virtually unknown musician. I would use the money to hopefully help establish me as a serious musician, songwriter, and artist. I would invest the funds into making myself great.
