Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from Lil Wayne’s wordplay, Veeze’s smooth flow, Lil Yachty’s creativity, Drake’s versatility, Chief Keef’s raw impact, and Young Slo-Be’s realness. Each artist showed me how to stay true, speak my story, and bring something different to the game. I study their styles—from bars to melodies—and use that influence to craft my own sound. They remind me that originality wins, and every verse is a chance to leave a legacy.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would be life-changing. After surviving 12 years in Pelican Bay, a near-fatal riot, and a grenade blast that left me with permanent injuries, music became my way out—a voice for pain, truth, and resilience. I’ve seen the darkest sides of humanity and now I use that to inspire and heal through my art. This stage isn’t just for me—it’s for everyone who’s been forgotten. I want the world to feel my story leave a legacy.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I could invest in my music career by booking professional studio time, hiring a producer or mixing engineer, creating high-quality music videos, and launching targeted marketing campaigns to grow your fanbase. I could also invest in branding, merch, and touring support to build momentum and open doors for bigger opportunities. It’s about turning that budget into lasting growth and exposure.
