Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspirations are Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, and Whitney Houston. Each of them has influenced me with their unique style—Celine with her emotional depth, Mariah with her incredible range and songwriting, and Whitney with her powerful, soul-stirring voice. What they all have in common is their amazing vocal ability, which has set the standard for excellence in music and inspires me to push myself as a vocalist every day. These women have truly shaped my sound and who I am today.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a life changing opportunity for me—it would give me a larger platform to share my voice, my story, and my message so that they can reach the scale they were meant for. I’ve poured my whole heart into music that speaks to real struggles, strength, and the power of unity. This stage would let me connect with people across the world who need to hear that they’re not alone. It’s about something bigger than me.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I were to win $50,000, I’d put it toward my second album and finally give my music the resources it needs to reach its full potential. But it’s deeper than just making songs—it’s about creating a future for my kids and showing them that dreams are worth chasing, no matter how hard it gets. I want them to see that their mom didn’t give up, that music can be more than just a passion—it can be a purpose. This would help me tell my story and give others hope.
