Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I love music of all types, but straight forward, no-frills rock music is my passion. Artists, songwriters, composers through the ages I get inspired by include Bon Scott the original vocalist/ lyricist of AC/DC, bands like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Allman Brothers, Metallica, The Grateful Dead, Prince, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson.... Classical composers Bach, Beethoven, Chikovsky, etc. Hip Hop lyricists like Young Jeezy, T.I., Eminem, just to name a few.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
That would be an amazing experience. I have been performing live since I was 12, and that was the first time and last time I was nervous performing. That would give my career the boost I need to get to the next level, and share my music with the world! A dream come true for me.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest some of it, spend some on the house I am building soon and use some of it to upgrade my modest studio equipment. I live a different life than most musicians, in 2 RV's with a small room between them. One for living, the other for writing and recording. :)
