Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from fearless icons like Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Madonna, who blend fashion, activism, and artistry. They’ve shown me that pop music can be bold, emotional, and transformative. Like them, I aim to push boundaries, tell my truth, and create a world where everyone feels seen and empowered.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a dream come true! it would amplify my voice as an LGBTQ Persian artist, bring my message of unity and empowerment to a global stage, and open doors to collaborate, grow my platform, and inspire others to live boldly and authentically through music.
What would you do with $50,000?
If awarded $50,000, I would invest it directly into producing and promoting my music, expanding its reach and quality. My goal is to create powerful visuals, studio recordings, and performances that elevate LGBTQ voices, especially those of queer people of color. This funding would help me build a platform that not only entertains but also advocates for inclusivity, self-expression, and representation in pop music.
