Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Sarah Bareilles, Dolly Parton and The Chicks are my biggest musical inspirations. I also have this unspeakable drive to make my living by creating and performing. I have been doing that since I graduated college (for 14 years).
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I pride myself on being a great entertainer so whenever I’m given the opportunity to perform for a big crowd, I get a lot of new followers which connecting with people means EVERYTHING to me and keeps a music career thriving. I also love collaborating so meeting other artists that may want to work together in the future would be wonderful.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would start by paying off the recent debt I acquired to put 7 Black Magic cameras in my home recording studio so we could start making more videos (YouTube series) and do streaming concerts. With the remaining $35,000 I would use it to heavily market our music/videos in a way we’ve never been able to before!
