Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspirations are Culture Shock, for his powerful, melodic basslines that hit both emotionally and physically; Simula, whose unique and gritty production style constantly pushes boundaries; and Andy C, the absolute legend known for his lightning-fast mixing and relentless energy. Each of them influences my sound and performance in different ways, shaping Ry Br34d into a high-energy, vibe-driven force in Drum and Bass.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would be a game-changer. As a DJ, it would give me the credibility and exposure needed to break into major nightlife venues in my city. Sharing a stage on that level shows I can command big crowds, deliver high-energy sets, and bring something unique to the culture. It’s more than a set—it’s a stamp of approval that opens doors to the next level of my career.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d use the $50,000 to invest in high-quality DJ and production equipment, helping elevate my live sets and studio work. A portion would go toward targeted promotional ads to expand my reach and grow my audience. The rest would be saved with the long-term goal of launching my own record label—building a platform not just for myself, but for other rising artists in the Drum and Bass scene. It’s about turning Ry Br34d into a movement.
