What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest $25,000 into a tax lien agreement at a government tax auction to secure a tax-foreclosed property which is appraised at a much higher market value and then flip the real estate without ever touching the property. I would invest $10,000 into stock options. $5k studio upgrades and buy my mom a car with the remaining 10k. She’s 40 years old and struggling with walking to work in the cold where she lives in Wisconsin.
