Who or what is your musical inspiration?
We as a band have a lot of influences but our biggest inspiration would be Metallica and Megadeth.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Playing shows ANYWHERE will always impact our career. It allows us to gain exposure, even if it is only a small amount. It allows us to meet other artists of all kinds which is always nice. Playing at the Global Citizen Festival would give us the platform that we’ve needed to get our message out there.
What would you do with $50,000?
If Salivus won $50,000 we would use that money to help pay for equipment that would benefit the band. Better stage props and lighting, in ears and wireless systems, a van we can use to travel for shows more efficiently. Even if we didn’t get the money, playing the festival is a reward in itself.
