Performing at this event will not only be an incredible opportunity for exposure and connection with a wider audience, but it also holds deeper meaning for me. Coming from a background touched by poverty and struggle, this moment represents more than just a stage — it’s proof that rising above your circumstances is possible. I want others who are going through hard times to see me and feel hope, to know they’re not alone, and to believe that if I can do it, they can too.
What would you do with $50,000?
With \$50,000, I’d open a housing resource center/shelter by building on donated or leased land, using shared facilities and local partnerships to support the unhoused. This small start would serve as a model for future growth and funding.
