Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The Beatles, James Jamerson, Jim Croce, James Taylor, Bob Dylan are influences but I’d have to say my mom is my inspiration because she always sang and played the piano and helped me learn the guitar. She introduced me to music before I was born. She gave me my love for music and for learning.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I’m sure it would be a game changer. I’d reach a new audience for my music and it would kickstart my live performing career as a solo artist. There’s a big difference between playing to 30 people at an open mic and playing to thousands.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d finish recording my original music and set aside a budget for promotion. Tbh, I have some debts to pay off and my car definitely needs new brakes!
