Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration stems from Billie Eilish’s deep meanings, Lana Del Rey’s cinematic storytelling, Amy Winehouse’s soulful voice style, and Nina Simone’s timeless depth. I love creating vivid stories in my songwriting, blending genres to create emotive, unforgettable tracks. Their melodies and bold lyricism inspire me to write authentic, narrative-driven music that connects deeply.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would skyrocket my career as a young artist. With 60,000 attendees and millions watching online, this opportunity would elevate my visibility to what I’ve dreamed of my whole life.
What would you do with $50,000?
With the $50,000 I would donate to charities such as MusiCares to support struggling artists and the BC Cancer Foundation to honour my mom and other cancer survivors/patients. I would also use the money to fuel my career, by funding studio time and musical equipment.
