Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Inspiration comes from elements of 80s thrash, heavy metal, and alternative rock. Bands we love include Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Unleash the Archers, Triosphere, Rush, Kiss and Mastodon, which translates to: SoZeN is Power Metal with breakdowns, aka Happy Thrash!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
A Global Citizen Festival performance would help us reach new audiences and find our fans who we've been making music for all along! People who love the themes of dragons, sci-fi, fantasy, adventures, the macabre and the strange - these are our people! We know you're out there and with this platform we can share our music with you and all the world.
What would you do with $50,000?
We are an independent band, we pay everything out of pocket to make magic happen behind the scenes so that we can give our best to the people who support us. We would fund the completion of our recordings that have been in the works since January of 2025. We want to put more songs out into the world and give listeners a quality experience. We would set up more shows across the US and beyond, joining forces with bigger names and festivals to bring our live performance to you!
