Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The rhythm of The Ramones and the political human rights message of The Clash and The Circle Jerks speak truth, mobilizing us to action as the working class rising against injustices of the eugenic, oppressive 1%. We are also inspired by local musicians and activists with whom we present free events to raise community awareness. We reject rascism, sexism, homophobia, and ableism and fight against the divisive weaponry of the rich. It's not just music; it's our voice, our fight, and our movement.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
performing at that festival would be a great opportunity for us to get more people hearing our songs to get into them and follow our music. The interview with the Rolling Stone would be a nice event as well as again it would help more people to discover our music and story to get more respect for the genre of music that we perform which is punk rock. We would probably re-release some of our previous materials as well as worked on new music to keep performing at festivals that your contest event
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000 we could record new songs. Get a used van or ups truck from an auction for our gear. Then we could get to more shows , like ones that you are booking us to play.
