Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My children are my inspiration. I grew up in a rough neighborhood. Drugs, violence and crime. I experienced a lot of that. I don’t want them to have those same experiences. So I use their smiles and little laughs as motivation to use my gift to make things happen.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a dream. I’ve always dreamed of performing in front of thousands. I have chills writing this because I’ve envisioned it for years. And even it doesn’t happen this time; I know for sure it will someday in my life. I feel it’s destiny.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would pay off my debt. Payment down for a home for my children, so they can grow without any limitations set by location. And Invest in promotion and marketing for my music.
