Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from the rich culture of the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. From Merengue, Bachata, and Salsa to Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Dembow, and Latin Trap. Another huge influence is my father. While my dream was always to become a baseball player, his dream was to be a musician. I grew up hearing him sing all kinds of music, and I feel that in a strange way, God and life have guided me toward music so that he can live his dream through me.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be an incredible opportunity to share my talent with the world. It would definitely open doors to collaborate with producers and artists I’ve always dreamed of working with. I’d also be able to spread positivity and good vibes into the universe for others to feel.
What would you do with $50,000?
$50,000 is a great amount to jumpstart my career. It would allow me to start building my brand and developing my sound to a level I couldn’t have imagined. I could also invest in the quality of my production, whether it’s music or videos.
