Who or what is your musical inspiration?
At this point in my journey, I am inspired to keep sharing the music I have created and creating more to share ...from each and every audience member who has had a positive reaction to my music in rooms large and small "i.r.l." and virtually. Everytime I think; "maybe I should just give up." There is a hug at a show, or a venmo from a person in the crowd I didnt even get to talk to or an encouraging comment or DM online.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the ultimate declaration of my work as a Musician and Public Health Advocate ...a person who wants to be in conversation with people and share my heart, soul and effort into helping improve the quality of people's day and their lives in anyway I can. I already know my set, each songs titles that explain itself and aligns with Global Citizens mission 1. Study War No More 2. Hope for the Future 3. Beautiful Complexity 4. Golden Rules 5. What would you do with $50,000?
-To copyright, re-record, and make short films for new iterations of 10 existing songs. I have treatments, visions and a creative dream team of peers signed on for whenever there is "budget." Now is the time! -Finance 6 Months of a Weekly Residency at an NYC venue and a live album recording event. -Purchase a years’ worth of sponsored Social Media to proven demographics through posts on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to help boost subscribers.
