Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Healing from emotional trauma is how I got here. My Dad got his first guitar during his midlife crisis after the divorce which led to him getting me my first guitar. I was 11years old and he’d moved 6 hours away for a job. We’d talk on the phone about new chords and our fingers hurting. Learning guitar together long distance helped make our relationship closer during a time when it could’ve easily begun to fade. It’s shaped my entire life.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a game changer for me. I’m an entertainer through and through and I’ve not had the opportunity to get the right eyes in the industry on what I do best, perform live. I thrive when it comes to that part of it so having a show like that to invite folks to could be huge.
What would you do with $50,000?
$2500 to finish production and mix/master my song “Us Tonight” $9k-$15k (3-6months) to partner with Unleashed Creative for branding and content to tell the story cohesively $10k-$15k to work with Dan Pearson and his team at Lakeside Entertainment Group for marketing and promotion $5k-$10k on a UGC campaign for socials $2k-$5k on all new branded merch + ads for that $5k to upgrade my in ears rig to include a proper signal distributor and antenna
