Who will perform at the Global Citizen Festival, appear in Rolling Stone, and take home $50,000?
Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I am truly inspired by artist whose music is soul stirring and spiritually pinching! For me that can be a totally instrumental song or a vocal tune. It has to make me feel something (emotionally) different inside than before hearing or experiencing the music. That emotion can be a plethora of things.... happiness, sadness, joy or introspective and reflective. I just believe as a musician, that's my job or my mission every time I get the chance to play or sing.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen festival would truly be first an honor! Secondly, I believe it would grant me an exceptional platform to take my music career to the next level in general. Performing and meeting new people from around the world and absorbing those different energies and insights would give me new experiences and feelings that I would be able to assimilate and enhance my musical expression(s). Lastly, at this time in my life, I am truly reaching for the stars!!!
What would you do with $50,000?
I would like to upgrade my musical equipment and produce another music project. I would also make a generous donation to one or two of my favorite charities.
