Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My daughter. She keeps me going. I have so many.. from people like the late Whitney Houston to underdogs like Glorilla that makes it possible for a woman like me to shine.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the break I need to focus on writing the best music and constructing the best beats. I wouldn’t have to spend so much time away from my daughter working 12 hour shifts. I wouldn’t be the happiest, healthiest and at peace.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would get pro tools for a better quality sound. I wouldn’t be limited to BandLab. I would make more music and do more good for the world. I would also save for my daughter’s college fund and she is my major inspiration.
