Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Gospel, a little bit of Mo Town, add a little Blues, and eventually found my way into Hip Hop due to my love of poetry and reading.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Dream come true is an understatement coming from a poor kid from the riverbanks of Southern Mississippi. Just being around the energy is monumental enough for me to keep going in spite of past hardships. Learning to use those experiences to fuel my craft. This will be my proof of my direction hasn't been in vain! Up!
What would you do with $50,000?
Taking care of my own personal stuff first, which isn't a lot. And investing in the next opportunity for growth and development. Music is my first love, so of course one of the paths is musical intended. Maybe even something like this!
