Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our collective musical inspirations are bands like Rush, The Beatles, and AIC. These are bands that only made music that they wanted to hear themselves in turn creating what they truly believed in. Being true to ourselves and creating genuine music is the most important part of what we do.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
We’ve played almost every venue in our city, with a growing fan base each show, but this festival would expose our sound to a larger crowd than ever before. We know that this would light an inspirational spark in many.
What would you do with $50,000?
After using some of the money to finance a second album. We would use the rest of the money to start an independent label to support local indie bands. This would help them break away from needing to rely on the same few big labels and have something that fits their vibe.
