Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our musical inspiration comes from the greatest ’80s New Wave bands—Blondie, Duran Duran, The B-52’s, The Pretenders, and The Go-Go’s.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
We are a group of good-hearted, diverse emerging actors, musicians, and artists who care deeply about the environment, wildlife, and humanity. Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a major milestone. We’ve performed at events supporting important causes with sustainability and sensitivity in mind. This opportunity would give us invaluable exposure to a wider audience and connect us with a global movement that align with our values.
What would you do with $50,000?
We would use the $50,000 to cover sync licensing fees for the music we’ve already recorded and to fund production expenses for our film project, Cherry Bombs: 80s Nostalgia—a vibrant tribute to the music, style, and spirit of the ’80s that tells the story of how our band came to life.
