Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from the church, where I first saw the power of music to heal and uplift. Seeing the lost, the hopeless, and those struggling on the streets—the ones without parents, battling addiction, searching for redemption—pushed me to use music as a bridge to faith and transformation. The gospel of Christ drives my sound, and my passion is reaching those in need through every lyric and melody.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a defining moment in my career. As an African artist navigating the U.S. music scene, I bring a unique fusion of English and my local dialect to my rap, creating a sound that bridges cultures. This stage would give me the spotlight I’ve never had—introducing my voice to a global audience, connecting with industry leaders, and proving that my artistry belongs on the world’s biggest platforms.
What would you do with $50,000?
As a Special-Ed Teacher, I would invest in creating a music studio and platform where children with special needs can express themselves through music—giving them a voice, a safe space, and a creative outlet. I envision building a clinic/school where musicians can perform for these kids, using music as therapy to uplift and inspire. At the same time, I would invest in my rap career—expanding my reach, producing high-quality records, and bringing my unique African sound to the world.
