Who or what is your musical inspiration?
All those who came before us: Woody Guthrie, Sam Cooke, The Staple Singers, The Beatles, Bob Marley, CCR, Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings, Neil Young, Muse, etc. All artists who have utilized their creative talents, their platform and the power of music to protest grave injustices and/or to further good causes which benefit all of humanity.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be an honor to represent at this festival, and it would certainly expand our reach & impact. Power to the People!
What would you do with $50,000?
As is our band model, 50% of our proceeds would be donated to causes we support (WW and local non-profits), the rest would help fund completing our live album release and support our ability to perform pro bono at protests, rallies or fundraisers.
