Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Artists like Stevie Wonder and Earth, Wind & Fire taught me the power of musicality and soul. Janelle Monáe’s boldness inspires my creativity and identity. Fleetwood Mac showed me the art of storytelling through harmony, while Tracy Chapman’s raw honesty fuels my lyricism. Brandy’s vocal layering and emotion shaped my voice. Each of them helped me find freedom, depth, and purpose in my sound.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a life-changing milestone in my career. It would amplify my message as an artist who blends music with purpose, connecting me with a global audience that values impact and authenticity. Sharing the stage with world changers would elevate my platform, open doors to powerful collaborations, and inspire me to keep creating art that moves, heals, and unites.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I’d invest in professional recording equipment, mixing/mastering, and live production to elevate my next project. I’d fund a live album, tour, and merch line centered on mental health awareness. I’d also support my education in psychology to better serve my community. This funding would help me grow as an artist, entrepreneur, and advocate for healing through music.
