Who or what is your musical inspiration?
So many people - from old men in trailer park bluegrass jams to rock stars like Bruce Springsteen and poets like TVZ. I love how good music - no matter who’s making it - tells the truth at its best. That’s what I want to tell with music.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would not only be a great opportunity for publicity and networking, but an amazing experience to meet new fans and connect in a way that gives a whole new inspiration to music written and unwritten.
What would you do with $50,000?
Make a new record with a small cut of it and give the rest to an adoption foundation that has helped several families I know.
