Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from my country and its sounds. I use everything I heard in my childhood in Ecuador as inspiration for my songs. In South America you have a mix of every culture in music, and that fascinates me and keeps me trying to do new things, finding new sonorities and rhythms.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It will give me the only thing I’m missing, a big audience. People that is bored of hearing the same songs, the same genres, the same pop. I know I can bring more energy to their mornings.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’m gonna invest it in my first studio album, marketing, videoclips, and I’ll improve my home studio.
