Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, & Michael Jackson. There’s honestly so many more, but I find it important to highlight Black voices and being unashamed of my own blackness and how it’s shaped my music and life.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
This first performance will give me the push I need to be in front of a live audience and what it feels like to absorb that energy exchange to give right back to the crowd. Spreading love and fun to so many people.
What would you do with $50,000?
Tour my debut album and start my second, as well as start releasing the visuals and show/film to go along with both. Distribute some vinyls as well! That will be an absolute dream coming true.
