Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I’ve always been musically inspired by Andre 3000, T-Pain, Lil Wayne, Pharrell, J Cole, Plies, Dave East, and Jay-Z. These artists have always set the bar lyrically with verses that excite and get people moving. I resonate with these artist because I give a variety of different flows depending on what song you’re listening to, or hear me featured on.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would be a surreal experience for my career. As I write this, just thinking about it excites me because of the work and development I know I’ve put into this passion I have. As an independent artist, I embrace every opportunity to reach my destined heights, Tree!
What would you do with $50,000?
If I’m selected to receive the $50,000, I would use it to invest back into my passion for my music, and build my own at home studio to create more timeless, Tree Music. Budgeting for marketing new releases, content creating/collaboration, beats purchased in exclusivity, registration for those releases, music videos, and travel expenses for the cities that my audience is thriving in. I’m going to reach my goals no matter what because I’ll never stop working at them, but $50,000
