Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My biggest inspiration are my children. I want them to know that no matter what stage of life you're in, it's never too late to follow your dreams. My family has also been incredibly supportive of my musical journey, which keeps me motivated. And then there is my Mom, she inspires me deeply—at 87 years old, she's still making music, playing live gigs, and absolutely loving it. She's living proof that passion has no age limit.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing and sharing my music on the Global Citizen Festival stage would be a deeply meaningful and powerful milestone in my musical journey. An opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and hopefully inspire someone the way music has always inspired me.
What would you do with $50,000?
As an independent artist, one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is getting my music heard. I would use the funds to invest in professional marketing and promotion to reach a wider audience. I'd also love to take my music on the road and tour across Canada and Europe. This kind of seed money would be a game-changer, helping me build momentum and take my career to the next level.
