Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our favorite artists and musicians from various genres and backgrounds, as well as the people in our lives. We love everything from rock and roll to jazz to classical and try to bridge the gap wherever we can. We are fans of bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Phish, not just because of their music, but their impact on modern culture.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
We would be able to start developing our audience and inspire people. All that we want is to be able to bring people together with a shared love of music and rock and roll. Global Citizen Festival is such an important event because of its cause and highlight of influential music. Being a part of this would be tremendous!
What would you do with $50,000?
We would give the money back to the community in one way or another through our music, content creation and outreach. The primary reason we are interested in playing Global Citizen is to become more involved in the music community and to advocate awareness for poverty and education. Winning $50k would put us in a position to be able to make this happen.
