Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Contemporary bands like Chat Pile, Show Me the Body and Botch are a big part of our sound but we also take inspiration from bands like Slint, Melvins, Big Black and Black Sabbath, the people who paved the way for music like ours to be listened to by the masses.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
We would hope that performing at the global citizen festival would increase our audience and listenership. We've been pigeonholed in our small east coast scene and wish to expand our horizons, and something like playing at Global Citizen would be the best step we could take in that direction.
What would you do with $50,000?
We would likely use that money to fund the continuation of our musical aspirations and utilize some of it to organize a tour to get our music spread around the country and perhaps even the world.
