I’ve been writing and singing for as long as I can remember, and I think if my music reached a bigger platform, I could help people.

Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The main thing that inspires me to sing is my older brother. I’ve seen him perform in local bands when I was a kid, and ever since then, I’ve known it was what I wanted to do. I see other women making a place for themselves in music, and I feel like I have something to say.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I currently have essentially no fanbase, so performing at the Global Citizen Festival would impact my career greatly by putting my music out there, connecting to people and showing them they aren’t alone in their struggles.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest it back into the music, getting equipment and programs necessary to take my sound to the next level.
