Who or what is your musical inspiration?
We feed off of each other mainly. At the end of the day, we write music for ourselves. If we’re excited about a song idea, it’s worth pulling the thread and seeing where it goes, and we hope others enjoy what we’re doing.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a way to get our music out there. Being a two-piece, it’s hard to be seen when there’s so much work to be done between practicing, writing, promoting, performing, etc. We just hope to connect with more people, and this would be an amazing opportunity to do that.
What would you do with $50,000?
Invest that back into the band. We would love to really expand our merch line, acquire a reliable touring vehicle, and take some time off of work to travel and perform our music without having to worry about missing work and money for rent/bills. A dream of ours would be to perform in Europe, so that money would bring that closer to reality.
