Who or what is your musical inspiration?
CamelPhat is my biggest musical inspiration. They inspire me to create my music with real depth, soul, and intention—meant for listeners who connect on a deeper level. Their DJ sets inspire me to deliver hypnotic grooves and driving bass in my own performances that captivates and moves crowds. CamelPhat inspires me to stay true to my sound and to the biggest believer in myself.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would be monumental for both my career and Boston’s local music scene. Through my label and event series, VOTION RECORDS, I’ve created a platform for artists and a safe, inclusive space for people to connect through music. Global Citizen Festival would amplify my mission to unite and uplift our community through sound on a global scale.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d invest the $50k in my team to grow the infrastructure of VOTION Records—from brand development (graphics, social media) to event production (LED signs, decor). It would also support marketing efforts to elevate our current and future artists. The goal is to ensure the success of every release and make each event more unforgettable than the last.
