Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I draw inspiration from the 2010s era of emo rap, I feel that sounds development was cut short by the death of several artists. My goal is to bring that sound back bigger than it ever has been. I want to touch the hearts of today’s youth and do what the artists before did for me. I want to spread a message that it’s okay to be an outcast, it’s okay to be different. I want people to feel connected to me on a spiritual level.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I feel that it will change my life. It would open so many opportunities for me. It would push my sound forward thus pushing my message out further. I love to see what it will bring for me and for everyone who hasn’t heard my music yet.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest it all back into my career. I have a dream of putting together a house of motivated artists and producers that all collectively share the same sound. We would make music every single day working hard towards our goals and cultivating our sound even further. I would use the 50k to pay the rent and bills for that house along with purchasing new audio gear to help us push our music to the limits.
