Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Musical inspirations are all over the place. The legend of Blaze Foley is a good start! His story is somewhat of a tragedy, but he was an amazing writer and a legend for sure. Clay Pigeons is my all time favorite song. I love what many country musicians are doing right now, Ernest is a big one for me. Morgan Wallen, Parker McCollum, Riley Green, Koe Wetzel and Treaty Oak Revival are in my top. Would also have to give some love to Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day, he’s why I learned to p
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would bring more of a following. Currently I’m just shy of 4,000 followers on Instagram and I’m confident my live show will attract even more people. When playing live, I bring an energy. You can’t have success if nobody sees/hears what you are doing!
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d spend every single penny on studio time. Simple question. That’s a few songs in Nashville for sure. Then I’d write about how I managed to defy the odds and win this thing. God is good!
