Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I draw inspiration from many different things. Musically artists like Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, Wale, Kendrick Lamar inspire me to be who I am. As far as my subject matter I'm inspired by humans and the range of emotions we all go through. Every one of us is unique but the one thing we all have in common are the emotions we all feel even if we all react to them differently.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would make my music reach out to more people. It would inspire people from where I come from to want to achieve their dreams no matter what they are. It would help me connect with more people who feel like I do and let them know that we are not alone in this world. It will help me use my words to comfort people who feel like they have no one to connect to
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest in myself and into my career. I would use it to keep climbing higher and to utilize my gifts to bring more people comfort, joy and to one day extend this same opportunity to other artists who have the same vision
