Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Filipino American self-taught multi-instrumentalist, producer, and visual artist. Influenced early by my dad’s love for bass-heavy rap like 2 Live Crew and Dr. Dre, I started remixing in 6th grade after hearing DJs like Girl Talk and DJ AM. My sound blends genres, inspired by Jamie xx, Chromatics, Flying Lotus, SBTRKT, Fred Again, Kaytranada, and Tame Impala. I aim to create immersive, emotional soundscapes that connect on a deeper level.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would greatly impact my career as I have been preparing for the perfect opportunity to showcase my 22 years of experience with music. I've always felt that I had something special to offer and really pride myself on the skills I have as a live performing Artist.
What would you do with $50,000?
The $50,000 would help me fund all the projects I've been wanting to pursue over the years. I would love to build my dream studio & creative workspace where I would be able to film, record, host, and create with more space available to me.
