Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Music was always around me growing up, my dad and his rap group, Dream Fly and UTG, really sparked it. I once chased basketball, but life shifted my path. Music became my escape from the matrix and a way to express myself. People connected with my words, pushing me from prom performances to college stages. J. Cole, Nas, and Kendrick showed me I can stay true to myself and still be great. I’m working to be the next big thing out of North Carolina.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a life-changing moment. It’s a global stage that would amplify my message and allow me to inspire people far beyond my community. Sharing my story and energy with a worldwide audience would not only boost my career but also align with my mission to create change through music.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I’d invest in my music career, build a home studio, fund visuals, marketing, and tour opportunities. I’d also give back to my community, creating programs for youth interested in music and creative expression. It’s not just about me, it’s about opening doors for others and building something that lasts.
