Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our musical ensemble comprises ten musicians from diverse countries. The inspiration for our music originates from the unique experiences and historical influences that each member brings from their respective backgrounds. All members are highly accomplished artists, and we are privileged to embark on this journey of creating new music based on our personal experiences and emotions. This diversity makes Cometta a truly exceptional and singular project.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
As artists, we’d be thrilled to share our music and unique message with a wider audience. It would be our first chance to reach so many people, which would be a huge step forward for our careers. We’re confident that this opportunity would inspire us to create even more positive music.
What would you do with $50,000?
We’re currently working on our third album, and we’re doing our best to make it happen within our budget. This award would really help us out by allowing us to do a better post-production process and get a better result. It would also allow us to invest in some new equipment for the band, which would be useful for organizing a tour and continuing to promote our music.
