Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I get a lot of inspiration for my music from my traumatic past. My mom and stepdad went to prison when I was 10 and me and my sister went thru foster care and were adopted my grandma. But they kicked me out of the house when I was 17 for smoking weed so I’ve been out on the street trying to make it on my own. I was really inspired by $uicideboy$ growing up and I uploaded my first song to SoundCloud called lilkanelive06 (on an old account). And I really like juice WRLD he made me wanna free
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Well it would be the jumpstart that I’m looking for. Yung Katalyst is like a fresh start to me and if I start it by getting on rolling stone and doing my first show then I will be a rolling stone. I could see myself getting a record deal if I was able to get some exposure and I believe that I’ll be making top hits one after another.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would get a car, and pay off my credit cards $5k and my personal loan $4.5k. Then I would actually either start leasing beats or find a producer to work with and create a full album. I know I have the creativity and ideas to make it happen and $50,000 would allow me to thrive like never before.
