Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My initial inspiration was my mom. She had an old, beat up baby grand piano that she would play when I was just 5-6 years old. As she would say, I would "bang" on that piano and I would drive her nuts, but she later supported my wish to play instruments in school. Later on I discovered rock music and talented people like Brad Delp of Boston, and bands like Journey. These talented people really thrust me into music. I live, eat, breath and sleep music!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
By performing at the GCF, it would give me the opportunity to impact more people with my music.
What would you do with $50,000?
If my mom were still alive, I would have paid off her house. Since she is not, I will use it to provide a better life for my small family.
